Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS ground with tracking. Once your order is shipped, a link to track your package will be emailed to you. Please contact us with any questions! Our diaper cakes are packaged and shipped with the utmost care. Each cake is securely wrapped and hand packaged. Instructions will be included on how to best unpack your diaper cake. The top bow on select diaper cakes will be packaged in a small container within your shipment (to best protect it during shipping) and will need to be affixed to the top of the diaper cake upon unpacking.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
